Maximizing warehouse space utilization and reducing order fulfillment time are the most important effects achieved by Nowa Szkoła company thanks to the e-commerce warehouse racking provided by MGL.
The e-commerce warehouse racking system installed in the Nowa Szkoła facility is based on HX series variable configuration pallet racks. In order to maximize the use of the available warehouse space, 8.2-meter high frames were used.
Upper levels will store inventory reserves on standard pallets. On the lower levels, there will be goods in bulk packaging, which will be picked during customer order fulfillment.
Picking levels were created by filling the space between the traverses (horizontal beams) with mesh panels, so the customer did not have to invest in separate shelving racks for order picking. Moreover, combining the storage and picking areas significantly reduced the movement of loads in the warehouse, which made the entire intralogistics process less time-consuming and labor-intensive.
