Sheet metal cutting (CNC)
Laser cutting of steel, aluminium, and copper sheets with a thickness from 0.5 to 16 mm. Max. sheet size: 1500×3000 mm. 4kW fibre laser, accuracy ±0.01 mm.
Profile cutting (CNC)
5-axis laser cutting of tubes with round or rectangular cross-sections and open profiles. Maximum element length: 8500 mm. Cross-sections from 12 to 140 mm.
Cutting steel beams
Precision cutting of steel and aluminium sections using a band saw. Perpendicular and angular cutting. Maximum cutting width: 600 mm.
Sheet metal bending
Bending and folding steel and aluminium sheet components using a hydraulic press brake. Maximum length of the bent element: 2500 mm.
Steel beams bending
Bending and folding steel pipes and profiles of various cross-sections using a 9-axis bending machine. Maximum length of the bent element: 3200 mm.
Automatic or manual drilling of holes in steel or aluminium components. Any material thicknesses and hole diameters.
Automatic or manual welding of steel components using the MAG 135 method. KUKA and ABB welding robots. Any dimensions of welded components.
Surface treatment of metal components before applying anti-corrosion coatings: sandblasting, shot blasting, grinding, deburring, degreasing, phosphating.
Applying paint coatings on steel components in any colour from the RAL palette. Dimensions of the painted element: 12×2.8×0.6 m. Maximum weight: 1200 kg.
Applying a durable zinc coating to steel components for surface protection against corrosion. Maximum dimensions of the galvanised element: 12500 × 1400 × 3000 mm.
Assembly of the final product from in-house components and those sourced from external suppliers. Multi-stage quality control at each stage of assembly.
Packaging and logistics
Packing final products in individual and bulk packaging – our own or entrusted by the client. Transport throughout Europe.
User manual development
Creation of assembly and user instructions for the product in compliance with applicable regulations and the client’s guidelines. 3D visualisations, DTP layout, and printing.

Contract manufacturing is the production of products under the client’s own brand, based on our own production lines, employees, experience, and know-how. We offer comprehensive production of steel components: starting from product design based on the concept, and ending with packing and logistics.
We have a production facility capable of processing any type of steel with any size dimensions. There is no minimum order volume - we also carry out short product runs and individual items (prototypes).
