What is the scope of our Privacy Policy?

This Privacy Policy applies only to the personal data provided by mgltechnika.pl users, mgltechnika.com (hereinafter referred to as the ‘MGL websites’) and recipients of the newsletters sent by MGL sp. z o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the ‘newsletter’).

If you are our Client/Provider/Contractor/Partner/Employee, the scope of data processing activity can be extended. In such a case, the processing of personal data is regulated in a separate document. You can receive access to this document by contacting the person responsible for processing personal data in MGL (contact details below).

Who is responsible for collecting and processing your personal data and who can be contacted?

The administrator of your personal data is MGL Sp. z. o. o. with its registered office in Rawa Mazowiecka, ul. Opoczyńska 16, 96-200 Rawa Mazowiecka, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Łódź Śródmieście, XX Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under the KRS number: 0000221613, REGON number: 015877361, tax identification number (NIP): 534-22-75-866, with the share capital amounting to PLN 1 200 000,00 fully paid-up (hereinafter referred to as “MGL”). We make sure to secure your personal data in the best possible way. By complying with the law MGL secures your personal data from loss, theft, damage, destruction, unauthorized access and improper use.

Purposes, methods and lawful basis for processing your personal data,

Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

One of the methods of personal data processing is data profiling. On the basis of collected data we create Client profiles. They enable to optimize marketing messages with your needs and expectations. Creating these profiles is not fully automatic. Each Client is assigned to the specific profile by one of our employees.

For the purpose no.1 we collect and process your:

  • First name,
  • Surname,
  • Represented company,
  • Email,
  • History of email received from MGL,
  • Use of MGL websites and your behaviour on our websites.

For the purpose no.2 we collect and process your:

  • IP address,
  • Geolocation information (the location from which you use MGL websites),
  • History of email received from MGL,
  • Use of MGL websites and your behaviour on our websites.

In the context of purpose no. 3, MGL processes your:

  • First name,
  • Last name,
  • Email address,
  • Phone number,
  • Company data of the entity you represent.

Data collection on our website

For the purpose no. 1 we collect the data you provide to us by filling in the form and subscribing to our newsletter.

For the purpose no. 2 your personal data is collected by a monitoring system installed on our websites. The system remembers information about your visits on our websites and makes the sites more useful by personalizing their content. The system uses cookies. In the context of purpose no. 3, your personal data is obtained through voluntarily sent email messages to the address provided on the Contact page.

Is it obligatory to provide your personal information?

Providing personal data is entirely voluntary, however:

  • For the purpose no. 1 such information is necessary to receive our newsletter and marketing messages,
  • For the purpose no. 2 it is possible to erase or block cookies at any moment in your browser settings. It does not cause failure of the use of our service but it may affect personalized content.

What is your data’s conservation period?

Your personal data will be processed by MGL until you request their deletion.

Will we transmit your personal data?

Your personal data will not be communicated to other businesses. However, they can be transmitted to those companies that provide data-processing services:

  • Companies hosting of MGL websites,
  • Newsletter system providers,
  • Companies providing user behaviour monitoring services on our websites,
  • Companies providing advertising display systems on third-party websites.

Some of these companies are registered outside the European Economic Area. We make sure to cooperate only with trusted and certified businesses which are included on the Privacy Shield list (https://www.privacyshield.gov/list).

Data processing rights

You have the right to:

  • access your personal data,
  • rectify inaccurate data,
  • request deletion of the data,
  • request restricted processing of the data,
  • request transfer of the data.

Moreover you have the right to:

  • object to the processing of your personal data,
  • withdraw the consent to the processing of personal data. The withdrawal of the consent for the purpose no. 1 can be made by clicking on the link embedded in emails sent from MGL (‘newsletter’). The withdrawal of the consent for the purpose no. 2 can be made in your browser’s settings.

If you think your protection rights have not been respected you can file a complaint with Inspector General for Personal Data Protection (GIODO) or the President of the Data Protection Office (UODO).

Cookies Policy

  1. MGL uses cookies. A cookie is a small file stored on the devices of the users who are visiting our websites.
  2. Cookies are used:
    • To monitor user behaviour on MGL websites and allow us to personalize their content and advertising.
    • To analyse user behaviour statistics and improve your Web experience.
    • To ensure safety and reliability of our websites.
  3. MGL websites use two types of cookie files: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files which are stored on the device until the user leaves the website or closes Internet browser. Persistent cookies are saved on the user’s hard drive.
